Miami, FL – December 2024 – Transcending the ordinary and redefining creative luxury, SLS LUX Brickell unveiled The Art of the Move, a bold two-night rooftop experience during Miami Art Week 2024 that fused art, fashion, and philanthropy under the city’s glittering skyline.

Held at the hotel’s stunning 9th-floor Altitude Pool & Lounge, the event delivered an immersive cultural escape above the bustle of Brickell. Designed exclusively for hotel guests and residents, the experience was curated to celebrate both style and substance, benefiting United Sacrament, a nonprofit supporting the arts and driving community change.

The rooftop oasis transformed into a catwalk and canvas, featuring high-fashion runway presentations by House of Bartholomew, Art Gods, and Countess Brown and hosted by Amarna CEO Jeniya Penrod.  Each designer delivered showstopping collections that embodied bold individuality, luxury craftsmanship, and Miami’s signature flair.

Meanwhile, art came alive in real time with live painting performances by celebrated visual artists Diogo Snow and Margarita Howis, whose dynamic works unfolded before a captivated audience. The energy intensified with immersive installations from visionaries Kfir Moyal, Artem Mirolevich, and Ada de Silva, transforming the venue into a multidimensional gallery of light, texture, and motion.

Complementing the visual spectacle were electrifying sets from music artists Vampire Sex and Beats by Mykel, whose genre-blending soundtracks elevated the rooftop into a euphoric, ever-evolving sensory space.

Beyond its glitz and glamour, The Art of the Move carried a deeper mission: to celebrate creativity while giving back. Proceeds from the event supported United Sacrament Mobile Int., furthering their mission to empower communities through access to the arts and mobile resources.

“This event was about more than aesthetics—it was about impact,” said one of the event organizers. “Bringing together emerging designers, visionary artists, and a purpose-driven crowd created something truly magical.”

As the final track played and the last brushstroke dried, The Art of the Move left a lasting impression on all who attended—an unforgettable fusion of elegance, innovation, and meaning that defined the very spirit of Miami Art Week.
